TIPS FOR YOUR STAY!
We would like to make your holiday to be as perfect as possible so we collected some tips for your stay.
Please note that the key pick for all our apartment hotels is from the center of Levi, address Mariankuja 6 C.
RECEPTION AND KEY PICK UP
All keys are picked up from our reception at Mariankuja 6 C, 99130 Sirkka. It’s a crossroads of Mariankuja and Keskuskuja streets. Same building as King Crab House restaurant and Unna Mannu C-apartments. Also guests staying at Levin Klubi, should visit Levi Suites reception to collect the keys. If you arrive outside reception opening hours you’ll find your key cards in an envelope at the entry of reception. Please contact us for door code and more detailed info before arrival.
ARRIVING TO LEVI
From Kittilä Airport and Kolari Railway station there are bus connections to Levi Center. You may check the timetables www.tunturilinjat.fi. During ski season pre-booking is not needed for the buses. You can purchase ticket online or from the driver. During the summer airport bus is operated only on request basis.
From Rovaniemi to Levi the bus connections are found from www.matkahuolto.fi
Nearest bus stop to the reception is located at Hissitie street next to Spa Hotel Levitunturi. From the bus stop it is approximately 250 meters walk to the reception.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at 5 pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you may store your luggage at reception.
Check-out is at 11 am. If you wish to have late check-out, please contact reception for availability. For late check-out, we charge a separate fee.
BREAKFAST
As all our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast is not included in the apartment rates.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS
Our apartment rates always include bed linen, towels and departure cleaning.

PARKING
In Unna Mànnu apartments, parking is in a warm parking garage. Parking charge is 17EUR/day or 102EUR/week during summer season and 20EUR/day or 120EUR/week during winter season. There is a lift from the parking garage to the A-building/ground floor.
Levi Gold apartments have their own warm parking garage under the apartments. Charge for the parking is 17EUR/day and 80EUR/week. Please ask a remote control from the reception.
At Levin Klubi apartments there are free parking places with heating outside the apartments. Places are not marked. Please note that there is 1 place/ apartment. There is also possibility to charge electric cars in Levin Klubi, with extra cost with separate application. The application can be found in application stores by searching for ”Parkkisähkö” in Finnish or ”Parking Energy” in English. You have to register as a service user before starting to charge your car.
SHOPS
All the souvenir shops, sport shops and grocery stores are located in the center of Levi. There is a ski pass ticket sales office and restaurant Draivi close to Levin Klubi apartments.
SKI-BUS
Area ski-bus operates during ski lift opening hours. You may buy bus tickets from the ski pass ticket sales office, which are located near main ski lifts. One way ticket can also be purchased from the driver, but the price may vary.
PETS
Pets are only allowed in few Levi Gold studio -apartments. Please contact reception to request and book a pet friendly apartment. 30EUR extra fee will be added to the booking when travelling with pets.
SKI STORAGE
You may find separate ski storages in all our apartment hotels. We will inform you when collecting keys from reception.
