Appliances and operating instructions

Operating instructions for the appliances in each apartment are located within this folder. You can verify your apartment number from the list below. Please promptly inform Levi Suites sales office of any malfunctions or shortcomings in the appliances.

Breakfast

Since we don’t have a restaurant in our apartment hotel, we do not have breakfast included in our rates.

However, if you wish to have breakfast in your apartment, it can be delivered by a local catering company. Please contact Levi Suites sales office to request catering availability well in advance. Please note there is a minimum charge for 4 persons.

Alternatively, many nearby hotels offer buffet breakfasts. You may pay for these directly at the respective hotels.

Check-out

Check-out is until 11.00 AM on the day of your departure. If you wish to have a late check-out please contact Levi Suites sales office, this is upon availability for additional fee.

Final cleaning is included in the price of the apartment. For the final cleaning we expect the apartment to be in normal, tidy condition (furniture and equipment intact and in correct places, garbage taken in the containers outside, dishes done). If the apartment is left in a poor state we charge an additional cleaning fee depending on the extra time spent on cleaning.

Please make sure all the doors and windows are closed when you leave. Please return your key cards when checking out. If you leave early, you may drop they key cards into mailbox next to Levi Suites sales office main door.

Cleaning

The final cleaning is covered in the apartment’s cost. We anticipate that the apartment will be left in a normal, tidy state for the final cleaning, with furniture and equipment in their proper places, trash disposed of in the outdoor containers, and dishes washed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition, based on the additional time required for cleaning.

Ensure that all doors and windows are secured upon departure. Key cards should be returned at check-out. If departing early, key cards can be deposited in the mailbox beside the Levi Suites sales office door.

Fire Alarm System

In the event of a fire, please ensure you exit the building promptly. The apartment is fitted with an automatic fire alarm system that directly notifies the regional alarm center. Only a fire brigade officer has the authority to deactivate the alarm.

Do not attempt to turn off the alarm in your apartment under any circumstances – interfering with the ceiling sensors could initiate an additional alert or damage the device. In such an event, the guest will be responsible for covering the costs.

Cooking smoke and similar causes may activate the fire alarm. To prevent false alarms, please ventilate the apartment immediately if smoke from cooking or any other source accumulates.

Remember, smoking is only permitted on balconies, and the balcony door must be kept closed to prevent triggering the fire alarm.

Internet Access

Complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet access is provided in all rooms and the lobby area.

Key cards

Ensure the safety of your key card. An additional fee of 60€ applies for door opening services outside the sales office’s regular hours. The key service outside sales office operation hours is provided by Securitas and can be contacted through the Levi Suites sales office number at +358 207 669 850.

Laundry

The washing machine is accessible at the sales office during its opening hours at no cost. There is no need for pre-booking, and washing detergent is supplied. For further details, please inquire at the sales office.

Luggage storage

Luggage storage can be accessed by reaching out to the sales office. It is important to note that this service is only accessible within the sales office’s operating hours.

Parking and electric cars

Levi Gold apartments feature a private, heated parking hall located beneath the buildings, with a direct elevator connection to the A and B apartments. The entrance to the parking hall is on Mariankuja Street.

Parking spots can be reserved during the sales office’s operating hours, subject to availability. The parking fee should be paid at the sales office.

Should you arrive when the sales office is closed, additional parking is available at the Toriparkki parking hall, accessible from Tähtitie Street behind the Break Sokos Hotel Levi.

Multiple electric vehicle charging stations are also available in the Levi area.

Recycling

During your stay, any garbage produced in the apartment should be taken to the waste containers outside the building. The recycling area is situated behind the C-building, along Mariankuja street. In the apartments, you can recycle items such as glass, metal, biowaste, and combustible materials. For paper recycling, containers are provided at the main ski slopes. You can return cans and bottles to the grocery store, or leave them in a bag in the apartment. Recycling helps in protecting our winters.

Room temperature

The apartment’s temperature is maintained between 20-22°C. You can modify this setting with the apartment’s thermostat. Note that the thermostat controls the underfloor heating, and it may take 6-12 hours for the temperature to adjust to your preference.

Sauna

Please read this information carefully before using the sauna:

– Adjust the sauna temperature using the display panel on the wall (refer to picture 1).
– To start the sauna, press the power button; the desired temperature will then be displayed (refer to picture 2).
– Use the ”+” and ”-” buttons to set your desired temperature, with 80 degrees being the recommended setting.
– Press the menu button once to select the duration the sauna will remain on; a red light will illuminate on the clock icon.
– Set the duration using the ”+” and ”-” buttons, with 2 hours being an appropriate time.
– Press the menu button again to view the current temperature of the sauna.
– To turn off the sauna, press the power button; it is off when the display is dark.

REMEMBER: Always keep the sauna and bathroom doors closed to prevent unnecessary fire alarms.

Silence and disturbing behaviour

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, please be aware that quiet hours in the apartments are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. During these hours, any loud or disruptive behavior should be avoided. If needed, the police (112) or Securitas security service (+358 207 669 850) may be contacted to address disturbances.

A fee of 100€ will be charged for a night security visit resulting from disruptive behavior, in addition to any other costs incurred by the hotel.

Ski Lockers

Ski lockers can be found in the outdoor corridors or the courtyard of the apartment complex. You may use the locker that corresponds to your apartment number. The key is located inside the apartment. Kindly ensure the key is returned to its original location prior to your departure.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and hallways. Should smoking occur within an apartment, additional cleaning fees of at least 300€ will be charged. Smoking is only allowed on balconies; please ensure the balcony door remains closed to prevent triggering the fire alarm.

Sofa bed for 1 adult / 2 children

Kindly note that the sofa bed is not set up in advance as it is an extra sleeping option. The linens and bedding for the sofa bed are located in the wooden chest within the apartment. The sofa bed accommodates one adult or two children.

Water and water consumption

The tap water in Levi is of excellent quality, allowing you to drink it without concern. In line with our environmental policy, we have restricted the water flow in the taps and employed ECO-shower heads to minimize water usage.
