Sales office and key pick up information

All keys are picked up from address Mariankuja 6 C, 99130 Sirkka. It’s a crossroads of Mariankuja and Keskuskuja streets. Same building as King Crab House restaurant and Unna Mànnu C-apartments. Also guests staying at Levin Klubi, should visit Levi Suites sales office to collect the keys. If you arrive outside our opening hours you’ll find your key cards in an envelope at the entry of the sales office. Please contact us for door code and more detailed information before arrival. 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is at 5 pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you may store your luggage at the sales office.

Check-out is at 11 am. If you wish to have late check-out, please contact us for availability. For late check-out, we charge an additional fee.

Bed linen and towels

Our apartment rates always include bed linen, towels and departure cleaning. 

Pets

Pets are only allowed in a few Levi Gold studio -apartments. Please contact reception to request and book a pet friendly apartment. A 30 euro fee will be added to the booking when travelling with pets.

Ski storage

You may find separate ski storages in all our apartment hotels. We will inform you when checking in.

Arriving to Levi

From Kittilä Airport and Kolari Railway station there are bus connections to Levi centre. You may check the timetables www.tunturilinjat.fi. Pre-booking is not needed for the buses during the ski season. You can purchase tickets online or from the driver. During summer time and less active season the airport bus operates only on request basis.

From Rovaniemi to Levi the bus connections are found from www.matkahuolto.fi

Nearest bus stop to Levi Suites sales office is located at Hissitie street next to Levi Hotel Spa. From the bus stop it is approximately 250 metres walk.

Parking

In Unna Mànnu apartments, parking is recommended in a warm parking garage. Parking fee depends on the season. There is a lift from the parking garage to the A-building and ground floor.

Levi Gold apartments have their own warm parking garage under the apartments. Parking fee depends on the season, and there is a limited amount of parking places. Please ask for a remote control and make the payment when checking in.

At Levin Klubi apartments there are free parking places with heating plugs outside the apartments. Places are not marked. Please note that there is 1 place/ apartment. There is also a possibility to charge electric cars at Levi Klubi for an extra cost through an application. The application can be found in application stores by searching for either Parkkisähkö or Parking Energy. You have to register as a service user before starting to charge your car.

Shops

All the souvenir shops, sport shops and grocery stores are located in the center of Levi. There is a ski pass ticket sales office and restaurant Draivi close to Levin Klubi apartments.

Ski Bus

Levin Ski Bus operates during ski lift opening hours. You may buy bus tickets from the ski pass ticket sales office, which are located near main ski lifts. One-way tickets can also be purchased from the driver, but the price may vary.
